Online Order Returns

We hope you totally love your purchase, but understand that some things just don't work out as planned. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item you purchase from us online you may return it to us for credit back to the payment method you used, less any shipping charges. Returns must be delivered to us within 14 days of when the item(s) was received. Please note that all items discounted by 20% or more are FINAL SALE. Please note that ALL SPECIAL ORDER items  AND PERISHABLE GOODS are final sale. Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. Please allow 1 week from when we receive your return for it to be processed.

In-Store Purchased Returns

We are happy to accept returns on purchases made in store for Exchange or Store Credit Only, within 30 days of purchase.
Original Receipt must accompany the return.
