Shipping Policy
Our goal is to deliver your purchase as quickly as possible. Items will be shipped within 1-3 business days of your order. We ship primarily using USPS, and shipping can take up to 5 business days from date of shipment, but often arrives sooner. Sales tax must be charged for orders shipping within California. Shipping within the contiguous U.S. is free on orders of $100 or more and free for our Hawaii customers. Unfortunately, but at this time we do not ship internationally. If for any reason we are out of stock on an item you have selected, you will be notified via email and the item will be taken off of your order and your form of payment refunded.
Charging for shipping is one of the roughest parts of having an online store and we do our best to offer the best deals on shipping prices. When we process your order for shipping and if we find the cost to be less than you paid we always refund the difference and notify you via email.
In-Store Pickup
We offer in-store pickup at our Hermosa Beach shop. However sometimes our crazy computer system doesn't adjust inventory correctly and we might not have the item for pick up. (Oh technology) Please give us 24 hours to get your order ready (and during the the holiday season (November - December 48 hours) - or give us a call at 310-372-8452 if you need it sooner and we can work with you.
When checking out online, please select the PICKUP option during shipping options. Please bring a printed or digital copy of the confirmation of your order and a valid form of identification, a driver’s license will do.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We are able to ship to P.O. boxes through USPS services only
