Like all our chocolates, this bar was made in France. More precisely, it is in Provence, at our chocolatier partner near Avignon, that the recipe for this chocolate bar was developed. This experienced artisan dreams up exceptional recipes for us with perfectly mastered flavor pairings. Dark caramel chocolate, almond pieces and Guérande salt: you can only give in to this generous recipe full of depth!
This recipe combines the creaminess of a 56% cocoa dark chocolate with the crunch of roasted almonds and the sweetness of caramel pieces. A fine briny note of Guérande fleur de sel balances the whole. This dark chocolate, caramel, almond & salt bar is organic, pure cocoa butter and free from palm oil. The cocoa beans, from Latin American plantations, are responsibly grown and develop intense aromas.
