Made not far from Avignon in the workshop of our artisan chocolatier, this salted caramel chocolate combines crunchy caramel pieces and Guérande fleur de sel with a delicious 41% cocoa milk chocolate. The play of textures is well mastered, the sweet-salty balance terribly effective. For several years now, this recipe has been a huge success, which even earned it an award at the Great Taste Awards!
This salted caramel chocolate recipe wonderfully combines the smoothness of our milk chocolate with the crunch of caramel pieces. A subtle hint of Guérande salt balances the sweetness of the whole and revives the palate. This salted caramel pieces chocolate bar is organic, pure cocoa butter and free from palm oil. Pure pleasure in tasting, and ingredients of natural origin from organic farming!
