This bar was made by a passionate chocolatier partner near Avignon. Heir to a family know-how, he dreams up artisanal recipes full of character, where each ingredient is carefully worked to reveal all its flavors. The 71% dark chocolate offers deep intensity, while letting finely fruity notes come through. The roasted cocoa nibs add an irresistible texture and character to every bite.
Recipe contains only 100% organic ingredients of natural origin. The cocoa beans come from different plantations in Latin America. This chocolate bar is organic, pure cocoa butter and guaranteed free from palm oil. This essential recipe has earned us an award at the Épicures de l'Épicerie Fine.
